Retail ethnography

Having careers focused on understanding consumer behavior, it shouldn’t be a surprise that we have spent a lot of time observing and interviewing in retail settings. Retail has long been one of our specialties, and it is where a lot of our team started, shopping with folks as they looked for cards or toothpaste. We’ve learned a thing or two (or three or four!) studying retail spaces over the years, and we’d always love to learn more.
