Who do you want to meet? We'll introduce you. We can find just about anybody you need to know about, particularly US populations, jumping in headfirst.

This is a point of pride for most ethnographers. We like to think of ourselves as cultural chameleons, blending into cultures and subcultures and making people feel at home. In groups where we really stick out like a sore thumb, we can use that to our advantage. As many anthropologists have told their participants, "I don't know a darn thing, let's start from the beginning!" Nothing works as well as inspiring pity in the population you want to understand.
